1. Who we are
First Chance Digital Group Inc. (“FCDG”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fcdigitalgroup.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
By using our website you acknowledge this policy. Where we need your consent, such as for non-essential cookies and marketing emails, we ask for it separately. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company, website and the message you write.
- Booking a consultation: your name, email address, any phone number or answers you enter on the booking form, and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails.
- Email list sign-up: your email address and the lists you choose.
- Emails and calls with us: the details you share in correspondence.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools may collect:
- Your IP address and approximate location (city or region)
- Your device, browser and operating system
- The pages you view, how long you stay and what you click
- The website or ad that sent you to us, including an ad click identifier when you arrive from a Google ad
- Whether you completed a booking
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health, financial account or government ID details. Please do not send them to us through the website.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information only for purposes a reasonable person would expect, including to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Schedule, hold and follow up on consultations you book
- Send marketing emails and updates, but only if you have agreed (see section 4)
- Measure how the website performs and which ads and pages lead to enquiries and bookings
- Show you our advertising on Google and other platforms, where advertising features are enabled
- Improve our website, services and security
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
If we want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first, unless the law allows otherwise.
4. Consent and marketing emails
We send marketing emails only to people who have agreed to receive them, for example by ticking the optional box on our booking form or by signing up through our email form. Booking a consultation does not sign you up for marketing emails unless you tick that box.
Every marketing email includes our business name, our contact details and a working unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or by emailing us at info@fcdigitalgroup.com. We will act on your request within 10 business days.
We may still send you messages that are not marketing, such as confirmation and reminder emails about a consultation you booked, or replies to your questions.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager record visits, page views and bookings so we can see how the site performs.
- Google Ads measures whether clicks on our ads lead to bookings and may be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- Calendly Calendly sets its own cookies when its booking calendar loads on our site. The calendar only loads after you accept marketing cookies. If you prefer not to, you can book through our Calendly page directly.
- Our website software may set cookies needed to run the site.
Your choices
- Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may stop working.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Manage ad personalisation in your Google account ad settings: adssettings.google.com
- When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept, deny or choose which categories of cookies to allow. Analytics and advertising cookies only load if you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button in the footer of our site.
6. Third-party services we use
We use these providers to run our website and business. Each handles personal information under its own privacy policy.

We choose providers that protect personal information, and we limit what we share with them to what they need to do their job.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the service providers listed in section 6, to run our website and business
- With professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed
- When the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request
- If our business is sold or reorganised, in which case the new owner must protect your information in line with this policy
8. Where your information is stored
Some of our service providers, including Google, Calendly and Constant Contact, are based in or use servers in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Canada, where it can be accessed by courts and authorities under the laws of that country. We use providers that apply safeguards to protect personal information.
9. How long we keep information and how we protect it
- Contact and booking records: kept for 5 years after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised.
- Email list subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Website analytics data: kept for up to 14 months after a visitor’s last visit to our site, then deleted automatically.
We protect personal information with measures such as password-protected accounts, access limited to people who need it, and secure connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.
10. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop sending you marketing emails, or withdraw any other consent you gave us
Email us at info@fcdigitalgroup.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
11. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the website.
